As the core highlight of this exhibition, the fully automatic pulp molding tableware production line is an innovative achievement developed by Guangzhou Nanya for the upgrading needs of catering packaging, integrating intelligent pulp molding machine, high-precision pulp molding hot-pressing machine and food-grade pulp molding pulping system: the intelligent molding machine relies on vacuum adsorption technology, and can produce various tableware such as lunch boxes and soup bowls with customized pulp molding molds, with a production capacity of 1500-2000 pieces per hour; the hot-pressing machine ensures waterproof and oil-proof tableware through segmented temperature control, suitable for takeaway scenarios; the pulping system uses food-grade stainless steel to ensure pulp cleanliness, meeting global food contact safety standards.
At the same time, the pulp molding egg tray production line and industrial pulp molding packaging production line will also be displayed on site: the former integrates egg tray-specific molding molds and energy-saving pulp molding drying equipment, which can produce 30-egg, 60-egg and other specifications of egg trays with a damage rate of less than 2%, suitable for agricultural fresh packaging needs; the latter, targeting electronics, home appliances and other fields, produces electronic component liners and home appliance protective packaging with high cushioning performance through precision industrial packaging molds and intelligent visual inspection systems, ensuring zero damage during product transportation. Both production lines adopt modular design, supporting quick mold change (mold change time ≤ 30 minutes) and full-process automation, which can significantly reduce labor costs and eliminate the risk of oil leakage from traditional hydraulic equipment.
